Korean Lash Lift/Brow Lamination 101

Korean Lash Lift

Korean lash lift is a service that helps lift and curl your own natural lashes. Compared to a traditional lash lift, the lashes as a whole are targeted to relax from the base of the root to the tip. The Korean lash lift is much gentler, hence, your lashes will be healthier, more hydrating, less brittle and will result in better lash growth.

Daily reminder for maintenance are to moisturize your lashes nightly with a nourishing lash growth serum or oils. Mascara is completely okay with your lift as long as you wait 24 hours after the service. Reminder to wash your eye makeup off every time for longevity and do brush your lashes daily.

Brow Lamination

Brow Lamination is a service that helps relax, smooths and sets your eyebrow hairs into place or any direction you like. The lamination will give you a fuller, fluffier and lifted look.

Please remember to arrive with makeup free especially on areas receiving the treatment. Lifts and laminations can last longer if they are clean, free of makeup and natural oils, etc.

Aftercare

Once you have your newly lifted and curled lashes or laminated brows, some things to keep in mind for the 12-24 hour time period are not getting them wet. Allow the lashes and brows to settle appropriately, avoid hot saunas, steam and/or facials, running water directly onto your lashes, rubbing eyes, do not use a manual or mechanical eyelash curler, no makeup or moisturizer, and do not pull on your lashes.

Maintenance are recommended 6-8 weeks or until all your natural brows or lashes are grown out completely straight. This is a completely normal time frame due to your natural growth cycle.

FAQs

How long is the procedure?

The service will require a full set for 1.5 hour.

How long will my treatment last? How often should I wait for another appointment?

Depending on your aftercare and natural growth cycle, like your hair, eyelashes and brows grow and fall out, some shed quicker, while others slower.

Typically, 6-8 weeks is a good indicator for another appointment or until your natural hairs are grown out completely.

Will the application be harmful to my natural hairs? Does it hurt?

The application is pain free. Although, these treatments are chemically based, it is highly sensitive to those who are on any skin thinning products such as Retinol, Retin-a, Accutane, Tretinoin, etc. especially for the skin surrounding your eyebrows.

Can I shower, swim, get my eyelashes or eyebrows wet?

You are able to do anything and everything after the treatments and return back to your routine. Keep in mind to wait 12-24 hours before getting them wet, applying any makeup, sweating, saunas, or anything regarding heat.

Can I wear makeup and apply mascara?

Absolutely! Water based makeup is best around the eyes. Remember to remove your makeup daily for longevity.

How do I prepare for the service?

Thoroughly clean your lashes or brows with a mild cleaner that will allow your natural hairs to be oil free. Do not use oily remover to clean your lashes prior to the application. Lashes should not be curled. Natural is best.

Why am I not compatible for the treatment?

Clients who are sensitive to any chemical treatments and are on any skin thinning products can lead to irritation.

Will all of my hairs fall out at the same time?

No, hairs all shed differently and naturally. Like hair on your body, eyelashes have different stages of maturity. Older the lashes, faster they will shed. This is completely noremal.

Can I wear contact lenses during the application?

Contacts are okay.

Can I bring my kids?

I love children. However, this is a work place with very little space.

What is your no show and/or cancellation policy?
